MSA Florida Chapter Scarf

MSA 2018 Washington DC Scarf

MSA 2019 Buyers’ Choice Award

Susan Tudor, store buyer for the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, Jacksonville, Florida, has been an advocate and mentor in helping me jumpstart DONA Scarves, Early on she suggested joining MSA and I took her wise advise and it’s proved to be the best decision I ever made.

I have learned so much from attending the Annual Retail Conference and Expo and the yearly Florida Chapter Meetings as well. It’s always in an exciting new city each year. The contacts, vendors and shop directors have all become such great advocates and friends, growing our chapter by making it successful, focused and supportive.

DONA Scarves created a custom “Florida Scarf” made available to all MSA Florida museums. This was a collective project representing many of the Florida museums and the scarf’s border pictures many of the indigenous bugs, birds, plants and animal life representing the natural beauty throughout our Sunshine State.

DONA scarves offers high quality, low minimums, and great prices. We take your mission and turn it into wearable art. Our Florida Chapter banded together to order 10 scarves per each participating Florida Museum and Dona Scarves gave back $6 from each scarf sold, almost $600 was raised to benefit our Florida scholarship fund.

This type of project can be emulated for other chapters using their collective buying power to generate funds for any worthwhile endeavor.
